Louie worked as a dairy man for quite a while before decideing to join the scots guards. Dad was so proud to be in the scots guards, he was in the guards for 7yrs before having to leave for medical reasons. He then became a scafolder, until 1982 when he fell off a scaffold and broke both legs and all bones in feet, this was the end to Louie working, but he got a liking to cooking. Dad was also very proud of his gardening and grew a lot of vegtables, I remember one day being off school ill and all i could hear outside was pst pst, when i looked out here was my dad chasing a cat with a pepper pot!!!
